Some GuestPostCRM features operate on a credit-based system.
1. What Credits Are
Credits are units used to access selected features, automations, or value-added tools inside GuestPostCRM.
2. How Credits Are Used?
Credits may be consumed for:
- Automated outreach
- AI-generated content
- Classification or analytical actions
- Additional or premium workflows
Each credit-based feature will be clearly marked inside the dashboard.
3. Credit Allocation
Credits may be issued through:
- Subscription plans
- Add-on purchases
- Promotional bonuses
4. Expiry & Validity
Credits may expire at the end of your billing cycle unless stated otherwise in your subscription plan.
5. Refund Policy
Purchased or allocated credits are non-refundable, except where required by local law.
6. Abuse of System
Attempts to manipulate, exploit, or misuse the credit system may lead to account suspension.
